Washer/dryer were delivered on the day as promised. Getting the washer & dryer hooked up was seamless. Just had one little problem....the washer switch didn't seem to work. Not a problem, as the delivery guys took the washer back & either replaced the switch or gave me another washer! Either way, everything worked out fine! Couldn't be happier with the results. I was nervous for them carrying that fridge up a few stairs, but they assured me and reassured me that they had it and they sure did. Not only did they bring in the fridge and install it.
