Yes, and it is the configuration most multi-unit buyers ask for — identical machines in every unit means one set of parts, one service procedure and one model number for your maintenance team to learn. Give us the unit count, the hookup type (gas or electric) and the space you have, and we will quote the building as a single project order.
Do you deliver washers and dryers across the San Fernando Valley?
Yes. Within our local Los Angeles service area, which includes the Valley, our own delivery and installation team does the work rather than a contracted carrier. How quickly can a bulk laundry order be delivered?
Most orders arrive in 2–14 business days depending on the carrier and service level. Processing is normally 1–2 business days, or 2–6 days when units transfer from another warehouse. Next day, second day and third day delivery are available, and weekend delivery can be arranged by location for an additional fee. Tell us your turnover or construction programme before you place the order and we will schedule the delivery around it.
Do you offer volume pricing on washers and dryers?
Yes. We offer competitive pricing on bulk and project orders. If you find a lower total price — including shipping, handling and tax — on an identical item currently available from an authorized dealer, we will meet or beat it.
Is financing available on a bulk laundry order?
Yes. We offer 12 months financing at 0% through Synchrony Financial, subject to approval and terms, plus financing options for orders over $10,000 — where most multi-unit laundry packages land. Is installation available?
White glove service and major home installation are available on items purchased from us. Within the local Los Angeles service area our own team handles delivery and installation; outside that area vetted third-party carriers complete the process. Gas connections and any permit requirements remain the responsibility of your licensed trade on site, so confirm what you need from us at 818-762-8700.
Will you remove the old machines?
In most cases haul-away is available for an additional fee. It is not part of standard free ground shipping, so arrange it when you place the order and we will quote it.
What does free ground shipping cover?
Free ground shipping is a curbside delivery to the driveway, main entrance or first floor. It does not include white glove service or in-home delivery. Additional fees can apply for a flight of stairs, removing doors or hinges, cutting tile, wood or walls, a second delivery attempt, or nobody being on site to accept the delivery. Laundry rooms are often upstairs or in a basement, so tell us the access before the delivery date rather than on the day.
What warranty comes with the machines?
All products include the manufacturer's warranty, typically one year of parts and labor. Extended warranties are available on every product we sell.
