Eligibility:
Free Shipping promotions are intended only for retail customers placing qualifying orders totaling $4,999.00 or more (before tax). These promotions do not apply to wholesale accounts, contractors, developers, resellers, or other trade partners.
Promotion Limit:
Free Shipping offers and related promotions are valid for retail orders up to a maximum total sale of $25,000.00. Orders exceeding this amount will not qualify for free shipping or associated promotional discounts.
Standard Shipping Value:
The regular shipping cost for qualifying orders (over $5,000) is $1,500.00, which will appear with a strike-through and be replaced with “FREE SHIPPING” on eligible items or in the cart.
Warehouse & Handling Fees:
Orders qualifying for Free Shipping are still subject to a Warehouse & Handling Fee and Extra Packaging Fee. These fees cover warehouse labor, order processing, and protective materials required to ensure safe delivery. These fees are mandatory and non-refundable.
