Inside our local Los Angeles service area our own team carries out the delivery and installation; for shipments outside that area we use vetted third-party carriers to complete the delivery and installation process. How long does refrigerator delivery take in Los Angeles?
Most orders arrive in 2–14 business days depending on the carrier and the service level, whether that is ground, white glove or an installation job. Processing is usually 1–2 business days, or 2–6 days if the unit has to transfer from another warehouse. You get a tracking number once it ships, which gives you the exact ETA.
Can I get a refrigerator delivered faster?
Yes. Next day, second day and third day delivery are available through the carriers we work with. Call 818-762-8700 to request one and get pricing. Weekend delivery can also be arranged depending on location, for an additional fee.
What does free ground shipping include?
Free ground shipping on a refrigerator is a curbside delivery — to the driveway, main entrance or first floor. It does not include white glove service or in-home delivery. Additional fees can apply for a flight of stairs, removing doors or hinges, cutting tile, wood or walls, a second delivery attempt, or nobody being on site to accept the delivery. Ask us for the specifics before the delivery date rather than on the day.
Will you take away my old refrigerator?
In most cases haul-away is available for an additional fee. It is not part of standard free ground shipping, so arrange it when you place the order and we will quote it.
Do you measure or check the unit will fit?
Tell us the maximum dimensions of the space and the type of refrigerator you are after, along with your budget, and one of our representatives will come back with the options that fit. That is how we handle most orders — you do not need to know the model number before you call.
Do you price match on refrigerators?
Yes. If you find a lower total price — including shipping, handling and tax — on an identical item currently available from an authorized dealer, we will meet or beat it.
Can I finance a refrigerator?
Yes. We offer 12 months financing at 0% through Synchrony Financial, subject to approval and terms. Applying with Synchrony also makes you automatically eligible for Snap Finance, Progressive Leasing, Affirm and PayPal, and there are financing options for orders over $10,000. What warranty comes with the refrigerator?
All products include the manufacturer's warranty, typically one year of parts and labor. Extended warranties are available on every product we sell.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Check the unit on all four sides during delivery. For minor damage we send replacement parts. For significant damage, photograph all four sides and refuse the delivery. If you only notice it later, we send an authorized technician to replace the part or the unit.
Do you supply refrigerators in bulk as well as single units?
