Return Policy

Return requests should be made within 30 days of purchase, No returns beyond 30 days.

Any defective items must be serviced/replaced through manufacturer's warranty.

Please inspect your item once delivered and report any damage that may have occurred during the freight, within 3 business days. Please provide images of any damages that may have occurred, for documentation purposes. Cosmetic damage is not applicable to a full refund/replacement; however, such instances may be subject to: part replacement, partial refund, damage allowance, or store credit. Method of reimbursement is to be determined through evaluation of claimed damage(s). If there is nothing wrong with the item/product, and customer wants to just return the item without testing the unit, there will be fees associated with the return. (shipping fees/ restocking) If the item was opened prior, with the reasons because of a carrier, or repackaging for online shipments, (to prevent any damages to the unit) it will not allow any advantage to return the item for that reason. The products are rarely opened to repackage the goods, and make sure the item is in its best condition. Most of the time we repackage on top of the original packaging from the manufacturer. If the unit is defective and does not work, then we will be providing the customer with the 1 year warranty phone number for the manufacturer to come and service the unit.

If a return is authorized, the customer has 5 business days to ship the product back to Varouj Appliances. After 5 business days, the return authorization expires. (Customer is Subject to Return Shipping Costs/Fees, unless otherwise noted)

20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless otherwise noted, including for unused and unopened items. No returns on used or opened products

All Appliance manufacturers must be given the opportunity to attempt to repair any of their appliances before it can be returned or exchanged.
