I sound is great. But I am unable to adjust the rear speakers. Sound is voice is to harsh from rear speakers.

Sound bar has great sound and like that it has surround sound so can place the smaller speakers so my husband can hear the tv without blasting the volume. Very easy setup

First - this is my second attempt to answer the survey because after adding a picture everything went away. So here we go again. The sound is great. Look is great. The problem is your instructions overall and remote control direction specifically. Clean that up and our experience would be perfect

I bought this about a month ago it worked well for about a week and now the bass speaker which is in direct line of sight from the rest of the system fades on and out. In addition the cinema sound cuts in and out.

The sound is not great. Based on the other reviews I thought it would be much better. Worst part the Bluetooth connects and drops out after about 10 seconds. The LG apps that are supposed to help are a waste of time. So disappointed.

I had people connecting to my soundbar while I was watching a movie and interrupting my sound. Expert was able to help me put a lock on the Bluetooth connection.

I was actually looking for a sound bar with a wireless subwoofer and found the SNC4R with wireless rear speakers kit. The speakers have great bass and are powerful enough for my living space as I will never be able to turn the volume all the way up its just that loud The only drawback from this unit is the wireless speaker kit does not connect.I followed the directions and no connection.It does connect with the available wires to be able to connect the rear speakers so for now I connected them and left the speakers in the front as Im not running wires from one end of the room to the other end of the room.I am disappointed that it doesnt connect wirelessly otherwise this would of been a 5 star rating

Bought this as a gift earlier this month. First sound bar had to be returned as rear speakers would not pair. The LG Support Rep we called did not seem familiar with the product at all. We returned the bar and got a replacement which does work but required my setting it up with trial and error as the instructions were missing steps. Decent price decent sound but not the plug-and-play I had hoped for.

Since I have an lg tv I figured this lg sound bar would be a compliment. And I wasnt disappointed until it decided to quit working in less than a week. Called lg and spent 45 minutes troubleshooting. Was basically told next time it doesnt work do all those steps again. Why cant this stuff work like it should.

I bought the first sound bar a week ago. I set everything up and the remote wouldnt work. I checked multiple batteries and still no luck. I returned it today and swap the entire unit. Guess whatsame issue Ive been on the line w customer service over an hour Not impressed at all

I bought this at Sams Club in Jan 2022. It was very easy to set up and the sound coming from the 4 speakers is fantastic. Clear audio with different aspects coming from each speaker but united in the whole room. Great bass and treble. I own 2 other LG soundbars but this by far is the best unit Ive had.

When I first set up the soundbar it worked fine for a few days. Then my TV and soundbar would randomly reboot. After a few days it got to the point that the TV and soundbar would either reboot or the sound would just cut out for a minute or so after anywhere from just a few minutes to a few hours. I reached out to customer support to get the issue resolved. We tried numerous steps including resetting both the TV and soundbar and trying both wireless and optical cable connection. Nothing worked. I even started to notice issues with the LG Magic remote that came with the TV. Over the next few weeks I tried moving the sub-woofer and remote receiver for the rear speakers around to no avail. While troubleshooting I found out the Magic remote uses Bluetooth so I decided to try using the optical cable WITHOUT Sound Sync Sound Sync uses Bluetooth as well. I have been using this setup for over a week now and it appears to be working. At this point it seems that either the Sound Sync on the TV and the Sound Sync on the sound bar are not compatible with each other or the TV is not capable of handling more than one Bluetooth device at a time. If I hadnt thrown out the packaging I would have returned this sound bar long ago.
Lesson learned: Just because a company makes two pieces of equipment meant to work together doesnt mean they are compatible with each other.

My home theater electronics are and has been LG. The sound quality is clear on this soundbar. It is well built delivers whats needed. However My house is connected to wifi - to watch multi room tvs alarm system music entertainment etc. When we have to troubleshoot one of the systems this sound bar turns on and plays for a tv that is not bluetooth connected to it. I have spoken with tech support from LG and my internet provider nothing resolved/still a mystery. This soundbar is a waste of money if you have more than 1 tv connected to wifi and bluetooth. IT IS EXCELLENT for a one tv home and worth every dollar spent I would recommend to anyone that has 1 tv or multi-room tvs that are hardwired not bluetooth enabled.

The unit was easy to set up and produced very good sound right away. However when I tried to figure out how to make changes in the settings the instructions were virtually non-existant. Since there was no citation at the website for SCC4R I had to call for assistance. I was told how to download a full instruction manual which did answer most questions. This seems to be standard procedure for LG same with a new dryer last year that SHOULD be addressed.
