Amana® UXD8636DYS – 36" Retractable Downdraft System with Interior Blower Motor
Retractable downdraft systems remain flush with the cooktop surface until needed. A reversible motor box can be installed on either side of the downdraft, freeing up space beneath the cabinet. The 14-inch rise allows for greater smoke and steam capture.

- Powerful 600 CFM Interior Blower Motor Included – strong ventilation is built in, with no separate blower to purchase.
- Touch-Activated Telescoping Operation – the vent rises when you need it and lowers flush with the countertop when you do not.
- Dual Centrifugal Blower – a barrel-shaped fan that moves more air and runs more quietly than a bladed axial fan.
- 6.5 Vertical Sones – measured with 3¼" x 10" rectangular vertical ducting.
- Auto Off When Retracted – the blower shuts off automatically as the vent lowers.
- Reversible Motor Box – mount the motor box on either side of the downdraft to free up cabinet space.
- Back Draft Damper Supplied – included in the box for the vent transition.

What Happens When Your Item Is Damaged During Delivery/Shipping?
For small damages, we can always send out replacement parts to replace the damaged portion. If it is significant damage to the actual unit, please take pictures from all four sides of the damage and refuse the delivery. In cases where you notice it later, we send an authorized technician to either replace the part or get it replaced due to the significant damages. We are a company that stands proud of the items we sell, that being said you will be taken care of!
