The Friedrich UCT14B30A is a 14,000 BTU cool-only through-the-wall air conditioner from the Uni-Fit series, built specifically as a drop-in replacement for aging wall units. Its compact chassis fits 24-1/2", 26" and 27" sleeves, and a universal decorative trim ring ships in the box to close the gap when reusing a competitor's sleeve, which avoids the retrofit work most replacements demand. The solid-side sleeve design lets it install through thicker walls without choking performance. It uses R-32 refrigerant, which runs more efficiently than R-410A and carries a lower global warming potential, and returns 9.4 EER at 230V. Built-in Wi-Fi pairs with the FriedrichGo app for control at home or away, with Amazon Alexa and Google Home voice compatibility, backed by a 24-hour timer, Money Saver setting, auto restart and 8-way airflow control across three fan speeds. The washable filter lifts out from the front for cleaning. New installations require a sleeve; the Friedrich USC sleeve is sold separately. This model meets California and Washington requirements.

For shipments out of our area, we use third-party carriers to complete the delivery/installation process. Please note, to always check merchandise during delivery to ensure your item is in good condition. If there are additional work at a job site that will take more time to unload or delivery the items to your home, there may be additional fees. (Flight of stairs, removing doors/hinges, cutting tile, cutting wood, cutting walls, no one available to take delivery, etc.) All mentioned will have fees associated. What Happens When Your Item Is Damaged During Delivery/Shipping?
For small damages, we can always send out replacement parts to replace the damaged portion. If it is significant damage to the actual unit, please take pictures from all four sides of the damage and refuse the delivery. In cases where you notice it later, we send an authorized technician to either replace the part or get it replaced due to the significant damages. We are a company that stands proud of the items we sell, that being said you will be taken care of!
