The TCL H14T9XH is a 4-in-1 through-the-wall unit that cools, heats, circulates and dehumidifies, covering rooms up to 700 sq. ft. on 14,000 BTU (DOE) of cooling capacity. Supplemental electric heat lets the same chassis carry a room through shoulder seasons and mild winters, so you are not swapping units twice a year. Wi-Fi is built in: the TCL Home app handles scheduling and temperature from a phone, and the unit responds to voice commands through Alexa and Google Assistant devices, with an included remote and digital display for local control. Three cooling, heating and fan speeds plus 2-way air deflection let you tune where the air goes, while Sleep and Eco modes trim overnight and low-load energy use. A filter-light reminder tells you when to pull and rinse the washable filter, and an LCDI power cord provides leakage-current protection. The unit requires a dedicated 230V/20A outlet and will not run on a standard 115V circuit; it fits a 26" x 20" x 15.57" wall sleeve, which is sold separately.

For shipments out of our area, we use third-party carriers to complete the delivery/installation process. Please note, to always check merchandise during delivery to ensure your item is in good condition. If there are additional work at a job site that will take more time to unload or delivery the items to your home, there may be additional fees. (Flight of stairs, removing doors/hinges, cutting tile, cutting wood, cutting walls, no one available to take delivery, etc.) All mentioned will have fees associated. What Happens When Your Item Is Damaged During Delivery/Shipping?
For small damages, we can always send out replacement parts to replace the damaged portion. If it is significant damage to the actual unit, please take pictures from all four sides of the damage and refuse the delivery. In cases where you notice it later, we send an authorized technician to either replace the part or get it replaced due to the significant damages. We are a company that stands proud of the items we sell, that being said you will be taken care of!
